Maggie is a certified Life Coach, Reiki Master, and movement teacher.
She weaves together intuitive coaching, somatic practices, and nervous system support to help people feel more clear, grounded, and alive. With experience in both corporate advertising and holistic wellness, her approach is down-to-earth, creative, and deeply human.
She believes growth doesn’t have to be so serious — and that some of the most meaningful shifts can happen around a campfire, in a canoe, or laughing over a game you haven’t played in years.
