During these three transformative hours, you'll:

Healing Reiki Session
 (30 minutes)

Through thoughtful discussion and practical exercises, explore:

  • What's really stirring beneath the surface
  • How to move through decisions with less pressure
  • Simple ways to stay aligned with your values
  • Steps to transform overwhelm into manageable actions

Group Coaching
(60 minutes)

A gentle yoga practice designed to help you drop out of overthinking and into your body's wisdom. Learn accessible tools to ground yourself when life feels overwhelming.

Mindful Movement
 (45 minutes)

Sessions include:

Maggie is a certified Wayfinder Coach (Martha Beck) and ICF-accredited coach, a Reiki Master, yoga instructor, and the Executive Director of BFree Wellness.

Drawing from a dynamic career at companies like NBC and Yahoo, she brings a unique blend of corporate experience and holistic healing to her work. Passionate about creating spaces for connection, growth, and self-discovery, she weaves ancient wisdom and modern insight into every experience she shares, inviting others to ground deeper into themselves while exploring new possibilities.

Jessica Knight

Jessica Knight, MA, CPCC, NICC, is a Certified Life Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). After receiving her certification in 2016, Jessica has helped women heal through Millennial Life Crisis and toxic relationship patterns. As a former yoga teacher and mentor who once helped teachers-to-be find their unique ‘teaching’ voice, she's made it her mission to help women from all walks of life and all vocations figure themselves out.

In addition, after navigating through her own divorce and single mommy-hood, Jessica received training in Narcissistic and Emotional Abuse from the Post Traumatic Growth Academy.
